About the event
Room Set up 9am-10am
--decorating Cotter hall (10am-11am)
--Setting up the sound system to use microphone and play music (like we do for the St. Patricks Day Dinner. (same time as decorating)
--12:30-3:30 - event support (managing the cornbread/cheese/sour cream, water/coffee and filling in to help serve.
--3:30-4:30 - Cleanup/Tear down of tables.
